7 ways to conceive naturally:

Diet: Not only provides antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to help protect your eggs & sperm from the damage caused by free-radicals. but helps to build important nutrient stores for pregnancy & support the bodys hormonal balance by providing the fats needed for hormone production and function. The "Gluten-Free Diet" is really getting some milage in terms of fertility. Go organic when possible. Also don't forget the Folic Acid - start taking 3 months before trying to get pregnant.
Find out when you Ovulate: Women with regular 28-day cycles can just count 14 days from the first day of their period to determine their ovulation date. If your cycles aren't regular (or even if they are), an ovulation kit can help you pinpoint your most fertile time. There are some great apps to help. Here are some other ways to check:
Exercise: One study showed that three days of fitness a week for 30 minutes can increase ovulation more than a low-calorie diet in women with PCOS," said Angela Grassi, MS, RD, of the PCIS Nutrition Center toMedical Daily. The form of exercise does not have to be intense but it must be consistently done in order to be effective.
Keep stress levels under control - Cortisol, the stress hormone, is one of the biggest factors that contribute to hormonal imbalance. To conceive, your hormones must be in balance, so when your stress levels are too high, especially chronically, you may have a difficult time getting pregnant. Try Yoga, meditation, gardening. Breathe!
Acupuncture: balance your chi! Acupuncture not only balances your cycle, but as it's a 'wholistic' therapy it will 'fix' any other ailments that you may not be aware of. Your TCM doctor will be able to tell where the imbalance is and rectify it. Other alternative therapies to try are Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Reflexology, HypnoFertility and good old fashioned massage - that's an order!
Have sex before ovulation. As soon as you pick up a hormonal surge, have sex that day, plus the next two days. Pregnancy rates peak two days before ovulation, so you may miss the most fertile time if you time if you wait until you ovulate.Sperm can live inside the uterus for 24 to 48 hours, which means there will be plenty on hand to greet the egg once ovulation starts.Another reason to have sex before you ovulate, as opposed to the day it happens: An egg survives for only 12 to 24 hours after ovulation, so if you begin to ovulate in the morning and wait until nighttime to have sex, the egg may lose its viability by the time the sperm gets to it.
Orgasm! increases the likelihood of conception. Not only does it boost the immune system, give you a flood of pain relief endorphins, and help you bond with your partner, but the contractions of the uterus after orgasm helps the sperm along and dips the cervix to help them meet the egg. So make it fun - and enjoy. The most important thing to remember is to keep sex fun, you need that spark of energy (called 'jing') to create a baby - so don't make it a chore.
