My fertility journey

My fertility journey started many, many years ago.

I say 9 years but it's actually less. We only started actively trying (charting ovulation, testing etc.) really about 6 years ago. 

When it didn't happen straight away we went to a Dr. to see what tests we should do, and he assured us we had plenty of time, so we were relaxed about it. It wasn't until 6 years later when we were in the process of adoption that we actually got pregnant!

My husband was never really keen on adoption, but I was (and still am) so we attended the briefing session & filled out the paperwork. 

My husband in his infinite wisdom, was stalling sending off the papers and when he finally did, we found out we were pregnant!
